can any body tell me how to find the free host.

search for the free services provided by your ISP and use that as HOST

There are many ways.
The easiest and best way is to google it.
There are two types, that I want to describe :
1) just free
In this you will get just free of cost.
2) Posting
You have to join some forums and post, which will provide you free hosting once, you reach their criteria.
