Trick comes like this

[HIDE=250]FIRST NEED 3G BSNL SIM
SECOUND NEED MINIMUM 10 RUPEES BALANCE
AFTER MAKE FOLOWING BOTH APN CONNECTION

apn- bsnlnet.mnc053.mcc404.gprs
(this apn will not connect)

then connect this apn
apn- bsnlnet

Now enjoy ur balance will not deduct and enjoy free 3g
