an android without root is incomplete..
first of all you must know that with rooting you will lose your phones warranty.
secondly rooting is dangerous and it might brick your phone permanently.

If you still wanna root your device and check out for infinite possibilites...i can name them some of them for you
1. titanium backup-with this tool you can backup and restore any app(third party) or system app with perfect ease.
2. root explorer- this tool can help you to extract and modify any system app and make your android more cooler..
3. overclock- makes your android cpu run faster(it might heat up your phone and might affect it permanently).
4.ramexpander- if you are running out of ram on your device this can help you to increase your ram using external sdcard
5.freedom-you can do infinite in-app purchasing (many you can't) buy coins and money..etc
6.install roms and test them on you device
these are the basic six things you can do with rooting,,,and there are lots of things you can do...


I rooted my xperia arc after 3 months of purchasing(2 years back from now..)
ANd truely i can't live without my rooted phone...

i think this might have helped.....

also i would like to add ... rooting voids warranty ... but u can unroot ur phone too ... just like it came new

install avast and it's all components there i have seen a option to root the phone..i have sent my phone for hardware repairment..else i will help you by video

Use minitool software for that..

Use zroot for this purpose...

use motochopper simple to use and best for unroot
