When use settings like this
apn-aircelwap
proxy- 172.017.083.069
port-8080

and in opera handler proxy type as Host...
and proxy server as www.Wikipedia.com...

we can surf but cannot download files bigger than 2 mb approx....

is there any solution?

i downloaded a 39 mb
file ....but only this file is
downloading ....i dont kno
why.....
