Bro press volum downl + power + hold key kepp mobile switch off mood to using this process thn go to factory reset the select yes option done

go to recovery mode anyhow... either by pressing the set of buttons for going to recovery mode or connect the mobile to pc using data cable and use windows software to open recovery mode in phone ... there are many tools available... finally wipe data .. and reboot

hold voulme down ,home button and power button simultaneously..you will get screen for factory data reset
