Recharge STOPPED!!! on ULTOO.COM

Hello Guys,

I am facing problem in Recharge my mobile because "ULTOO" always shows as per attached image since last 15 days. I don't know why? Anyone has any idea?
OR Ultoo just declared Bankruptcy ??? Is there anyone who is using ultoo and facing same problem???

Anyone has any information or solution???

Looking for co-operative discussion!!!
