@ALL, IF YOUR BAL IS DEDUCTING, JUST VISIT MOBILE.TWITTER.COM AND USE FOR SOMETIMES AND CLOSE THEN CHECK YOUR BAL. IF IT HAS DEDUCTED THEN CALL TO CC AND SAY THAT YOUR BAL IS DEDUCTING WHEN U R USING M.TWIITER.COM
THEY WILL SOLVE UR PROBLEM. THEY WILL ACTIVATE TWITTER FREE SERVICE

moblile.twitter.com deducts data but good speed
m.twitter.com works fine but slow speed
