i'm facing some problems when using these TCP configs . so experts please help me

as you can see i'm getting red bricks morethan blue and lossing 10-15 mb every time connecting
and most time its realy hard to get single blue brick . i'm using jhonmachpersons and open***.com s config both gives me same result . so can anyone help me ?
