bro accrding to my opinion any proxy and vpn will not help u.....even any fileice downloader will not able to download file.......
so simply use paid net and always try to do survey of signup on some website like timesdeal snapdeal amulyam etc etc...
it is very easy as well as it is so tough sometimes......

Bro use brodband connection and connect on pdproxy use demo server... and check the list of new survey..u will find survey like by just putting email address and automatically unlock and downloads the file...
Done for several time... check it could be ur luck

i actualy try it on paid net and also sucess every time but now a days realy it big tough for me..

FileIce Surveys r easy to do..Just spend some time on to find "just register to complete surveys"..After that do multiple Times to unlock Different files....Proxy nor any other will help

kuch din ruko and keep a close eye at their surveys..mil jayegi and open the same survey multiple times by this u will get more surveys than which is listed in their site......
