no , its possible and just because of the chipset inside these phonesSource? and Bluetooth 4.0 is hardware related version....How can hardware be updated?

Nokia gonna be first brand to provide HardWare Update o_O Think how many days they take for Chipset repair on Windows Phones,so they will take 2-8 years to finish update to all customers

then u must be talking about sony xperia z,coz there's no other good device in experia line. You should also knw da price of xperia z which not everyone can afford.
