in delhi it require some balance or data balance ,dont know abt MH
when you connect vpn and it show failed then mean you should have some data balance 2 -3 mb .to connect .

acc valid for one month..but can make another with another email..as much u want ...best thing abt it is that ..almost all trick work with this config without disconnection ..all you need to change host n proxy.
