Out of these two, which one is best and safe? Heard some negative reviews about Kodi addons. Also Plex is not completely free as Kodi is.

i use kodi to watch live tv.. i dint faced any issue... till now.. no idea of plex

I have tried both and both are really fine nomatter what. I am not sure which problems people have with both, however it's all up to you completely. Thanks for this topic though, maybe some person will still get them a bit. I don't know why for example.
