try applications like Videoder or sites like https://www.telechargerunevideo.com/en/ or www.cpmyvideo.com (just copy paste the link)

bestway to downalod any video from hotstar is to record your screening using some screen capturing software... quality will remain gud in that... i use the same method.. if u r having fast internet connection
