Requirements

1. GetApk Market

2. Your Device

3. A functional playstore

Procedure

1. Download getapk market.

2. Install it on your device.

3. Open PlayStore and navigate to the Paid Apps Section

4. Select an app.

5. Scroll down to the Share section and select share with GetApk

6. Continue to open with GetApk

7. Upon availability confirmation, select the get apk prompt. Next select the server with the latest version of the app.

8. Select your preferred option of either continuing the process through the embedded browser or open it through your custom browser.

9. Download the app.

This is a very excellent way to download the paid apps. But i would like to say that you should paid for them. The developers spend a lot of time and money in making those apps. We need to help them get the right financial payback for them. I know that majority of them will disagree with me but it is their right.

The best option is to pay for them. I know that you can download the apks for them but i don't like that approach. Your system gets vulnerable to viruses and the system gets slow. You should pay for the apps as the developers have invested a lot of time and resources in it.
