I really gonna give you a big thank you for this , it's working for unblocking Netflix.. but it make internet speed little slow..

in simple words..... it is VPN.
So, your ip address (means Location also) is changed to VPN's server.
simply check by.... googling :- "what is my ip" (without VPN & with Started VPN).

the main thing is you can use onion website , tor network with this proxy ... even you can watch netflix with this proxy ....
