Wifi reconnecting issue Jio

I am having some problem using the jio trick as my laptop after 1 hour starts reconnecting the wifi..

I am using flame 6 as a hotspot and using vpn tether app to share the webtunnel
Operating system in laptop is windows xp
Problem is after 1 hour my wifi looses hotspot connection and starts reconnecting which takes around 3 minutes to reconnect...Please help me out..

i cant actually there is place in my room where band 5 speed is at max,and from there usb connection is not possible
