GTA5 Download Help

Guys i bought GTA5 on sale at 1200rs . And the thing is its for 75GB . Currently iam running a 4gb/day plan . And there is no broadband plan avaialable in my area as i live in defence area . So is there any way i can download the game .

PS : I have jio sim , but its already recharged and i get 1gb/day . Also it opens every page but with slow speed so iam sure jio trick might not work .
