BSNL Unlimited 3G

hi frnds...this time for bsnl 3g unlimited @ 666 plan...
I m using @666 plan in bhubaneswar odisha .downloading speed 1mbps.
Bsnl 666 plan details 2GB 3G speed then after speed decrease...unlimited calling for 3 months..but my case speed not decreasing unlimited downloading ,unlimited browsing..speed not decrease after daily limit

Bsnl used to be good here in year 14-15 but now the speed does never go beyond 100KBps whichever plan i am on
