How To Share/Tether WebTunnel Connection From Android to Laptop

i think both app required root accessFollow Steps :
1 ) Install 2 apps - 1st app and 2nd app
2) now connect internet and turn on "hotspot"
3) now connect your pc
4) now open webtunnel and connect and minimize the webtunnel.
5) now open 1st app and wait for 5 sec , now click " share vpn on hotspot " and wait 10sec , now minimize the app
6) now open 2nd app and click start.
7) Done. now you can browse internet on pc
And Tethering through single app at a time works flawlessly in my case
