I think only strong is not that required. here in my place I get full towers but still the speed always varies from 100 to 200KBps only...don't know what's the issue...

yes 3g is by icra, hence 3g plans only work during 3g recharge only and packs are costly compared to native circles,eg kolkata 147rs 1gb /day 3g,while upeast it is 2g for this price
