jio speed related issues

hey guys, it's been a while.. College is finally over. :beach:

So I started using jiofy after getting back to home from college, home location gaya,bihar.
Problem is am facing great speed difference between different usage hours. Usually it gives me less than 1 mbps in day time with shitty ping.
During night after 1 am i can get 30 mbps+ . Now i know this may be because of heavy load but jio becomes almost useless during day time, heck even my voda 3g gives 10mbps+ .
Now if anyone know a way to improve the day time speed do tell me. If you have to have to use pro tag pm as i won't be able to see that.

jio works only on 5 signal baar...on 3 signal it become over neither call nor sms

Speed always stays in between 200-500 kbps..
Night time 1.5-2 Mbps..

Fully stable in my area day time speed 3-4 mbps and in night 5-7 mbps...

Don't know but I can't change band because of Snapdragon processor,
Network singnal always full but speed was very poor... I was talk to customer care but they said that it's slow because of huge user in our locality... I know they didn't say anything wrong

Call customer care and complain in 2-4 days your signal and speed will increase . tried and tested.

Only band 3 gives a stable 1.5-2 mBps speed in my area nowadays, used to get more than 3 mBps on 2300 MHz earlier but speed on that frequency these days is erratic and unstable though it still is more than band 3. For me, a stable connection is more important than high speeds, so i stick to band 3.
