• 100% payment through CoolCash available in case of Prepaid orders only.
• The maximum amount a customer can use to pay from Coolwallet is Rs.1000.
  The offer is valid on either of the conditions:-
  
  • If the product value is 1000, and the total Coolwallet amount is above Rs.1000 say 2500, the customer can only use Rs.1000 as CoolCash.
  • If the product value is 1000, and the total Coolwallet amount available is 500, the customer can use full CoolCash amount Rs.500 on the order worth Rs.1000.
  • If the product value is 1500 and the total Coolwallet amount available is lesser say Rs.1000, full CoolCash Rs.1000 will be used to pay.
• For COD orders, the Coolcash burn rate is usual i.e., 20%.
• CoolCash amount used will be calculated on the net price of the product and before applying any taxes. E.g. if the product price is Rs.750, and tax Rs.250, then CoolCash that a customer can use would be Rs.750. The rest amount of tax will have to be paid by the customer.
• 100% CoolCash is applicable only on the first order placed with Coolwinks. If the customer has registered with us but haven’t shopped since registration, he/she is eligible for the offer.
• Unique email & mobile number will be used to identify a customer.
• At any point of time, if Coolwinks finds that the offer has been misused by a customer by falsifying the email or mobile no, Coolwinks will cancel the order and no refund will be paid.
• Returns are allowed under this offer. And, in case a customer returns the product or fails to accept the product, delivery charges of Rs.150 will be deducted from the refund value.
• Coolwinks reserves the right to change the terms of the offer or the burn condition anytime without prior notice.
