DO U KNOW , IS IT SAFE TO BUY FROM THEM
ARE THEY SCAMMERS.
IF U KNOW A GOOD SELLER, TELL ME.??

yeah absolutely, i have bought many times.
But it will take 30-60 days to reach you, this takes time.

I have UBI ATM cum debit card but international transaction is not enabled.

You need credit card or international debit card. You could use Digipurse, it gives an international virtual card. download from play store.
Or use Digibank and enable the international transaction.

I have used digipurse before, but it says international transaction is not possible at the moment.

For me it works fine. You should try Digibank Savings Account card or Entropay.

Yes it is legit to purchase from them....I myself made over 50 thousand purchase from them....
