its for all users who have 3g sim on 4g circles.. i have tested it on multiple sims already.. works like a charm.. my state is Kerala

its for all users even you get sms or not.. just have to use a 3g sim thats inside 4g circle.. i think airtel wants users to move from 3g sim to 4g for some security reasons ( could be wrong)

no its not for selected people i have upgraded 2 sim in all that sim i get 10gb
