Yes in delhi checked..data is wrking on mtnl roaming network..
Bsnl is giving here at max 150 KBps..
And that is toooo low load some pages n
If u do downloading with surfing then u sud forget surfing at the same time..
Am not at all going to invest 1099rs in this crap..

Bsnl speed is good but ping is worse somewhere around 80-100,site takes time to respond..dnld speed is good at the moment but may decrease after 1 as they are offerring 56 gb data thats double data than others..

Good think is i am in NCR not in delhi and for bsnl unlike other operators ncr comes in UP so there will be no MTNL here and speed might be good.

mere liye raj. me abhi bhi trick achhi tarah se chal rahi hai. 23 ko setup kiya tha abhi tak speed cap nahi hui hai..
hamare area me tower 4g upgrade hone ke baad speed bhi double (2-3 mbps) ho gyi hai..

yes sam.. with 1099/- u can surf and download unlimited.. speed is good everywhere mostly.. do check speed with small data pack..before 1099 rc

& in 339 u r getting 2GB per day + unlimited bsnl to bsnl + 25min daily call to other netwrks for 28 days
