Speed capped after 1 GB

Hello DJ Friends, meri jio sim par 14 dec. ko message aaya " JIO welcome offer - prepaid activated on your number".. but welcome offer pahle se hi activate tha.. my Jio app me 2 plan activated bata rahe hain - 1Gb/day and 3Gb/day..
ab 1 GB limit cross karne ke baad speed 512 kbps (65-70 KB) ho jati hai.. any Solution ??

as i was facing same problem...they said we have divided 3gb and 1gb... but u will get 4gb per day...
so don't worry

wo to thik hai bhai par full speed 1 GB tak hi mil rahi hai na... tumari speed cap hoti hai kya ??

speed is capped after 1 gb then 3gb with 512 kbps then rest unlimited at 40kbps

4 dec se jio happy new year offer pr upgrade ho rha h to ab 1 gb tk hi speed milegi phir 3 gb 512kbps pr aur ye 3gb bhi 31 december tk hi rhega 512kbps pr 1 jan se 1gb k baad 128 kbps hi rhegi
