Help..SD card damaged

Hi today at 4:30am morning my phone just restated. And it shows sd card is damaged. I just written a swap file yesterday. Now whole sd card is not working. My sd card size is 16Gb. And i need to recovery some important data please help.

Update: I connected sd card to my pc. Sd card found I did full backup of my sd card. And formated. After format the files is still there. Unable to format. No errors. But files remains same after format. I also tried with quick format and without quick format too. And also tried EaseUs software to format. But not working. Any help

try This tool . If it doesn't work then forget your SD Card..

Not working. Its same like windows built in drive formate systems. But I got a software remo cleaner may be it will work

I also have a microsd card of 8 GB with same problem. And still now I did not get any solution. Files remain after delete or format.
If you get any solution, then plz pm me.
