Size(For me mostly speed matters and not size) so 16GB or 32GB(not metal one)

What if I don't have a USB 3.0 in my computer, will this still give me high speed?

nope cauz your pc have USB 2.0. But Any USB PenDrive or HDD(With 3.0) need a USB 3.0 connection to give it's full speed. so forget it.

SanDisk if you get 3.0 Pen drive that would be better because it will give full speed like 30-100MB/s in 3.0 USB supported device.
