suggest best mobile phone under 18k

hello friends i'm thinking to buy a mobile under 18k.
i have considered htc desire 830 dual sim.
pls suggest few more mobile models if available and i want to use that mobile for atleast two years.

I see Galaxy J7 2016 a wise choice

Seriously bro, do you even know about procesors? Do you think that octa or deca core is better than Quad core always?
Snapdragon 820 is the best processor available in the market other than 821. No other octa or deca core can even compete with it. Its a flagship chipset.

Photography: Honor 5C or Moto G 4 plus if u love taking pics
