Jio ! Apple ! Till 2017

As you All know that Reliance Jio has already announced Jio sim For Apple phones officially.
Which gives free Access till December 31 of 2017.

Does anyone get that sim card which is offered on Apple phones.
If anyone get that sim please mention ,how you got the sim.

Similar by generating bar code and get sim or
Some process to get the Jio sim for Apple phones.
