Jio join not working help plz

Hi DJ
I m using YURAKA lollipop version.
मेरे phone मे पहले jiojoin चलता था लेकिन कल रात से काम नही कर रहा और सभी jio की app काम कर रही है
i m try old and new version but not working

When I m click jio sim icon

And back again first image
What's the problem
Help plz

I have a solution to your problem but it's temporary and also don't know why this happens. Anyway, what you need to do is got to mobile network settings, and access point settings. There you will find 'jionet' APN listed. Now you RESET the APN setting to default via the option there. You'll find that the 4g icon goes and comes quickly implying you have registered with a new IP. Now quickly open JioJoin app and you will be able to register without any issues.

Soltn- if u have a backup of ur imei & Android I'd den restore it and reboot it will work ..if not den go to About phone-status dere u can get ur original imei number ..copy that to imei changer /device emulator app den reboot...Jio join will work if not clear data ..den open it will surely work

Is it?? I have four jio sims that I varyingly use on a single device and all of them works with jiojoin..Going by your logic, I should be able to use jiojoin on only one sim on my device with unchanged imei. Kinda confusing, your assumption, ain't it?

Don't get confused let me make u clear if by ur logic imei has no effect den do one thing..uninstall Jio join change ur imei,andriod I'd den power off den power on ..install Jio join ..den post ur ss..let me see how u gonna make that work

I will let you live with your false belief. Just think for a sec, if what you say would have really been true then no users would be able to use their jio sims and make calls etc on multiple devices all with different imei. Fortunately, that's not the case and you are terribly wrong!

No probs buddy, I had similar issues on one of my jio sims and this worked for me. Anyway, let someone else help you out.

No probs buddy, I had similar issues on one of my jio sims and this worked for me. Anyway, let someone else help you out.

I understood you the first time,I was deducing a corollary out of your false assumption. Unfortunately I have no way of proving either of our assumptions wrong as my 4g device doesn't have requisite resources to be able to change imei and I don't have JioFi to use JioJoin on my 3g device. May be we should call it a day here,or just wait for someone else to corroborate our claims..! Just one query mate, how did you know that the OP has changed his IMEI, AFAIK he never mentioned it in the posts. Did he pm that to you or you just took a wild guess that he did?

Neither he PM nor it was a guess ...I knew he has changed imei bcoz I had got the same problem when I install Jio join ist tym in my rooted Fon as my Fon is not volte enabled..I searched the whole internet for solutn but never got any...so I took a chance of formatting my Fon & den install it ..and it worked ..as now it was working I want to know the real rsn behind it ..so I took backup of my imei,andrd I'd and advertising I'd through device emulator & den changed all the ids & restart my Fon ..again I got notification that configure with Jio error ..den I import all the values which I had backup through device emulator - fon restart ..the error was gone.. Jiojoin was connected..thts the rsn I m so sure abt dis ..if u want I can also record a video and upload it

If u have a volte Fon den u don't need Jio join ..beside that there is no other way ..Jio join/jio4g voice(new name) is the only optn available ... change ur imei with ur original imei with the help of imei changer app ..u can give it a try u will get success...

As I have said before,that's some weird logic. You are claiming that he has changed his IMEI just because he has been experiencing problems with JioJoin like you did. At least ask him once if he has changed his imei!!!There may be other causes of the app not working,just think on it..

I HAVE ASUS ZENFONE MAX. WHEN I TRY TO CALL THROUGH JIOJOIN THEN SUDDENLY DATA NETWORK LOST AND CALLS DISCONNECTED AUTOMATICALLY.

I have a small.. question.. earlier i got the welcome offer than.. after using old jio aplication.. it shows preview offer now.. so my concern is do i have to use old appp jiojoin or is it fine to use jio4g for calling.. you see i dont my preview offer to get affected by latest application

Recheck the permissions given to Jio 4GVoice Service app...u must give all permission to this app

Steps : install jio 4g voice> settings > Apps > Jio 4g voice > permissions > give all permissions

Hi, I have downloaded myJio app and jio4Gvoice app in my 3 g phone.After that i have connected to my jioFi network and tried to configure my jio account and jio4Gvoice app.I was not able to do the same. Jio sim no in jioFi : 7012560392 Contact no:9496370776 I will attach the screen shots for the same in a seperate mail Please help me to configure the both app. Regards, Gireesh
