Jio premium apps not working without vpn..

Hello, DJ friends. Maine Samsung A5 preview offer se sim card liya tha and ab me ise redmi note 3 me use kar raha hu..mere mob me jio live tv, jio cinema, jio music and jio mags nahi chal rahe hain.. open karne par error show ho raha hai "Unable to process your request. please check your internet conection." baaki jio ke sare apps chal rahe hain. maine uninstall-install, cache clear, old versions check kar liye, but same problem aa raha hai.. vpn se connect karne par ye apps chal rahe hai, but speed kam rahti hai.. any solutions ?

Go to APN settings, there you may find a newly created access point by name of 'M_BIP', I don't know how that gets created automatically. What you need to do is just reset your APN settings to default, do this step even if no new APN is created. Next quickly open whatever app you want,try multiple times above steps if it doesn't work the first time. I don't know what causes this issue,even jio guys are clueless. But it's only a temporary solution. Works for me on my problematic simcard.

bro mere mob me dusra koi access point to show nahi ho raha hai, APN reset karne par app khul rahi hai, but baar-baar apn reset krna pad raha hai...
