Suddenly getting poor network on Jio 4G

I m getting very poor network on Jio 4G. I m using jio from a month and getting good speed and network. In starting I m getting speed upto 40mbps. But 5 days ago, my jio network suddenly gone. After that I m getting very poor network and speed. Now I m getting download speed upto 200 KBps only. My neighbour getting speed upto 50 Mbps. I tried VPNs too But no solution. What to do now?

Tried everything. Downloading speed on playstore is 50-100KBps. It gives upto 4MBps in starting but Now I dont know what happen

May be its a temporary network issues, try to contact with customer care @ 199 or at 198 and register complaint about the same.

They registered the complaint but no result till now.

it is ok. Same happened to me 2 days back , and now the problem got solved . It might be due to network testing .

if you are connected to band 2300 then it will give good speed , band 800 will not give good speed . Check which band you are connected to

install it and open ,
select " + "sign below the screen
select RF information , there you can see which band you are connect to
[DOUBLEPOST=1472932110,1472932009][/DOUBLEPOST]less band = less speed + High signal strength
when band increases speed increases though signal strength decreases .

Ya I have it and it shows band 2300 but speed is 50_100in day and 400_500 kbps in night in idm.why? Plz help

i used to get 5mbps on google play now i get 2/3mbs on band 40
