I need some regarding uploading data

in regards of uploading i had 350mb data i uploaded a video of 300mb on youtube it used my 300mb of download.
so i cant upload files for free or they always use the download data like today.

all operators use download data in uploading.. agar free hoti to uploader RDP and VPS kyu use krte

they charge from your DATA either for Uploading too..
