Jio Televerification help

Hi guys i got jio sim by trick and i also got msg from jio that your no. is ready for televerification...and i entered my sim into sim slot 1 of 4g phone from which code was genrated...so it shows 4g signal but when i called 1977 it doesnt get connect ...i also tried with data keeping on..and switched off-on several times..but doesnt work...and my phone is Coolpad note 3 lite..plz help guys

This is because your phone doesn't support VoLTE voice calling,
You can call to 18008901977 from you alternate number and teli verify , there after restart your jio phone and surf the internet , you can use Jio Join app to activate voice call through jio join app

Simply call at 18008901977 any other number and follow the instructions

u can use jiojoin tu call

can you share how you convinced them to give sim?

yes right bro.. i did the same thing on Yu Yuphoria 5010

Use jiojoin to call 1977 and activate voice service

if you are using a 4g phone then check your "prefered network" is in 4g mode . Jio works only on 4G handset

check ur phone VOLTE or not?..if no use jiojion app
