first connect with packet generator mobile app and put yr ip on target host then 2000and 1000 on3rd and 4th step and send.then activate yr mobile data.and thats all.

ping -t yr default gatway ip address in command prompt.u can get ur ip by writing ipconfigthen press enter in command prompt.but i must say this is not the best solution. if u have one then pls pm me.
