Airtel DNS internet trick [updated]

DNS tunneling will only work for someone if he is able to resolve a hostname at zero balance. Using any network utility tool like IP Tools one can easily find that out. Of course the real challenge lies in finding the fastest DNS servers in your network and managing to find a premium subscription of a good tunneling software.
