HELP - IP tool trick speed capping problem.

When I connect internet through IP tool,it's connect. But after every 4-5sec speed goes down to 0kbps.If you have any solution please help!!

[HIDE=22]keep the ping time below 30 sec and ping delay to 1 sec it make sending request twice faster and you will receive data for long time . Try in PC you will find better result.I got some effective solution to loot aircel but i need some More info.[/HIDE]
