The 2nd Method worked for me to get back my 3G signal...
After finishing 3G & 2G balance suddenly speed got capped and after sometime 3G signal lost...
But following 2nd method I got back 3G signal as well as speed also...

just for surfing
after 2 gb or some other data in first unlimited data speed reduces to 40 kbps (2 or 3 in real)
i recharged with a small 3g pack and used 2g and got original 2g speed without throttling try(for surfing only)
