Method I used:

>> Download this :

>> As it uses DOS command....while unzipping make sure that there is no space or any special char. in folder path
>> Now open hotstarlivestreamer.bat
>> Paste your link
>> enter quality (like 720p)
>> press d (download)

>> Video is downloaded into 'Video folder'
