Are you using desktop ?
if yes then you have to purchase usb wifi.
If laptop then just enable your wifi.

bro i have problem . recently buy a usb cable 10m . when i connect my dongle .it show no service or device busy in reliance . but it works on other network like aircel ,airtel but not connect in reliance 3g but connect in reliance 2g . may be operating system problem .plz help
