Whatsapp Is Unlimited-Can i use free internet?

I was just having a idea that whatsapp uses our android as server and whatsapp messenger works on following ports 5223, 5228, 4244, 5242, 443, 80 and 5222 So can i use them for free internet .can i use whatsapp as a host?Reply is highly required
