Not getting 3g in modem in Kolkata [HELP]

in kolkata m not getting 3g network in airtel.. i ask customer care they said that my my dongle not supported 900mhz 3g.. i have 3 dongle,one phone ,, what can i do???? any solution?

Which dongle u r using? Does ur sim shows 3g in cell phone?
These customer care executive are stupid, dont know that much.
Try using other operator sim in dongle and test for 3g...

recharge with small 3g pack.

first option- activate 3G (if not activated already)
second - go to network settings and click on 'Automatic Register' or search manually and try all available networks.....

Ya I think you need to activate 3G first, for that recharge with any small 3g recharge and call customer care to activate your 3G. In 30 minutes your 3G will be activated. Just restart ur phone or dongle and I am sure this time u will get 3G.

here in kolkata they give platinum 3g 900mhz. . Yes i tried all of thinks. Even airtel direct. . . Airtel direct works in kolkata,wb... I was give my sim to my frnd and he using this trick on his phon i am not abble to get 3g. . I think customar care said right. . .

how to set frequency manually in mdma???

i think mdma use for disconnection solution ...... but how it works for any particular frequency setting...???

It is happening in UP West also, if u recharge with same value before validity expire then it will continue as 3g else if recharge with another value then 3g will not be available after 12.. u have to reactivate from cc.

their is option in setting you can use it as custom or auto so check out.....when am reach home show you ss

Before posting your view, give some time to read other members posts too. his dongle is not supporting 3g and he want the resolution for it.Make sure from now to read others posta too before commenting.
