It depends on sim .,,,if u r lucky u will get 3g speed ..
Change your sim and try

It worked for me on OLD SIM OF M.P too but now it stopped working ....
So I get AIRTEL Bihar (NEW SIM ) And it is working for me.
But u may try on NEW SIM ,I think it will work ,if you don't want to take risk .
Then get the SIM of BIHAR OR RAJASTHAN
