Try one's APN config. and enable data......
And check connectivity of network ........many case massage don't come.....and also check balance deduction after disable data ........

Sometimes confimation dont come, so try using APN and see whether balance is deducting or not? most important whether u r able to surf internet or not. I my case my data connection was establishing but no data transfer was there. no open was opening.
