surf Free Internet on Laptop

Hello friends i am new to Free internet tricks.. and i also want to surf internet for free... please help me.. I have laptop with win7 and I am from Madhya pradesh. And i have reliance 3G dongle and.... i have 4 sims.. RELIANCE , DOCOMO ,AIRTEL , IDEA .. so please tell me free internt tricks for any of the sim i have.....
