All Ports open, but no data receiving!

Hi,
any idea about reliance ?
All the udp and tcp ports are open, and it even connects in PD proxy, but 9200 only receives around 2 mb data then nothing. Rest of the ports get only around 2 -3 kb data. But still port does not gets disconnected.
:/ ?

Not connecting for me in 0 bal in WB using bihar sim....

Hann. Each and every ports are open , but working data received only in 9201 series. And the speed is awesome but the data receiving stop on exact 1 min from VPN connection.
