[help me] free unlimited 3g

Hi every body!
I came from vietnam. In my country people using vpn to free 3g unlimited. But now, we cant get vpn like before. And i think my country like your country. Help me!
1, hmm. I will tell you how is get free 3g unlimited on my country before.
- we have 3 provider network: viettel, mobifone, vinaphone.

With viettel provider network: we using the SIM without data plan(data=0, money= 0) we only need run openvpn for androdi and connect the config - we get unlimited 3g.

With vinaphone provider network: we get 1 data plan( have a data in hight speed) and using the openvpn with config( lport 9201). When i connect the vpn, i dont have pay to data fee. Ex: i have 900mb in data play. Normal, i turn on 3g and using it 900mb => 800mb. But, when i connect the vpn. I dont need pay the data plan fee. 900mb => 900mb.

With mobifone provider network: we only need connect to PD PROXY we get the unlimited 3g.

2, Now, we can not connect any vpn to get free 3g.

With viettel: we can not connect any thing vpn. To connect vpn we need dataplan. So sad and no one have a trick to connect vpn without dataplan.
With vinaphone: we conneted to vpn. But cannot connect 9201 port. Different port we must pay data plan fee. Hmm, network provider had fix it!
And mobifone provider like 2 provider before. They fix it!

Pls, help me! I think my country like your contry before. Tell me if i say right.

So if you are using vpn with data plan now your data is deducting ? and what about "mobifone" ? when you try to connect with pd proxy, which port is connecting ? if it connects with port 9200 or 9201 then you can create a config for that port and use unlimited

Hmm. Yes, when i connect to vpn my data is deducted! "Mobifone", "viettel" and "vinaphone" is network provider. One network provider one different trick. The port is 9201. Before, port 9201 can get me unlimited 3g( data is not deduct) but now when i using 9201 port data had deduct!

So i think your isp has found their bug and they closed all udp ports !
Can you please tell me, Is there any Unlimited Social plans available ? Like Unlimited Facebook,twitter plans ? If these packs are available then trick can be make ! Contact to you Isp and ask them is there any Unlimited Social Packs Are Available ?
Or If you known any website which is provided by your Isp and its open with 0 Balance ?

Hmm. We have many unlimited social plan( ex: play music free- not need dataplan, money,... all free. You only need browser to their website or download their app), opera plan( reg opera plan you can browser free with opera min hight speed), watching tv( must reg this data plan, you can watching tv free with 3g).....

Not at all bro. So, i have a question. In my contry, they using trick: 3-2-3 to break bandwith. Specifi: i have 1 dataplan call "max". The provider provided me some data( ex: 900mb) in high speed. When i ussing 3g. My data is deducing. And when i used up data high speed. I dont need pay the fee of data plan. My bandwith change form high speed to low speed. When, i using the 3-2-3 trick. I got high speed again. The fist, i turn on 3G, connect to internet in wcdma mode, the i change the gsm(2g) mode. The last i change again wcdma(3g). This is trick to get high speed. During do the trick, i always connect to internet.(ex: play some video in youtube) Have a trick in your country?

I have many sites like 0.facebook.com/0.Freebasics.com/whatsapp.com/m.twitter.com but they only open up at default browser and they are not working in Handlers (uc or opera mini handler) and not in Psiphon Handler .What can i do.But they open up at zero balance at default browser.can you Please send me Openvpn Config .I am from Pakistan .Network is Telenor and Mobilink.
