Do you think 3 dongle speeds faster/slower than tethering from android mobile?

I do feel that tethering is slower than 3G dongle/wingle . But then I do not understand the reason behind it.

The dongle will give you better internet speed rather than tethering from android mobile. Because in Android, we are sharing the internet through tethering. That's why..

Dongle will be faster than tethering and other advantage is battery over heats if u use tethering for long hours
is there any app you use for tethering? or you use the basic tethering (in build)

Yups a phone which can connect in H+ mode will definitely be faster than any dongle capable of (H or 3g) modes technically

dongle give faster simple reason it's for only one purpose and mobile done multi function at the same time so u can't get such speed in mobile

Dongle gives higher speed as it is for data only, while mob is used as multifunctional device. And when using net via threatening speed get devided as some apps or android consumes data all the time .

i think the most important factors is:

the data transfer ability of both devices being compared i. e. mobile & dongle.
If u compare between tethering on 4G mobile with 3g dongle, i think u'll get more speed on tethering.
