3g network problem

Hi,I am using Karnataka Reliance sim in Bihar.i am unable to get the 3g network.is there any way to solve this problem or I have to recharge with 3g pack to receive 3g signal.

'No access' message shows in reliance or any 3g network I choose.

try with small 3g pack

reliance has partership with docomo and aircel ...try to register on aircel 3g ....it shuld be register... and yes ..you must be activate a 3g pack ..because you are in roaming right now

do i have to activate 3g pack when i need to make video call from my main account.

this will not work as in bihar intra circle roaming agreement is not applicable as rim has its own 3g network in bihar
